The 2023 AFCON prize money for winners, runner-ups, others have been revealed.$7 million. The winner of AFCON 2023 will take home $7 million for lifting the trophy.
The runners-up will pocket $4 million. The two losing semi-finalists (two teams) will each receive $2.5 million. Further down the ranks, the losing quarter-finalists (four teams) will each receive $1.3 million
AFCON 2023 PRIZE MONEY
- 1st Place – $7,000,000
- 2nd Place – $4,000,000
- Semi-finalists – $2,500,000
- Quarter-finalists – $1,300,000
- Round of 16 – $800,000
- 3rd in Group Stage – $700,000
- 4th in Group Stage – $500,000
Meanwhile, all four semi-finalists are former Champions.
